Noise from neighboring rooms during the night could be disruptive, and breakfast options were rather limited.

i was absolutely horrified by the stale smell in my room, a true Venice experience, right? then there’s the delightful, tiny bathroom where my knees almost touched the sink, very cozy. i nearly considered a good review, but the lack of any complimentary gesture for my troubles was unforgivable. this place is definitely overhyped.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location just minutes from both Piazza San Marco and water taxis, making it perfect for exploring. The staff is exceptionally kind, always ready to assist with transportation needs. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy this charming retreat!

Positive, Great location, just 200m from the main attraction. Beds are super comfy with good AC. The breakfast for €10 is solid, and the vending machine for water is a lifesaver. Plus, there’s a nice courtyard to relax.

Great location just a few minutes from St Mark's Square and the waterbus stop. The staff was super friendly and always ready to recommend good places to eat nearby. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Don't miss the lovely breakfast options, very satisfying!

The only downside was that the key had to be left at the front desk every time we went out, which felt a bit inconvenient.

The location near St Mark's Square stood out. I appreciated the clean room and the comfortable bed that made relaxing easy. Air conditioning worked well, a must in the summer heat. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was quite satisfying. However, there were many stairs to get to the lobby, a hassle with large luggage. There’s no coffee setup in the room, and the coffee machine at the bar didn’t dispense much. Also, having to leave the key at the front desk felt insecure, as anyone could get it back without ID. Those points were frustrating for an otherwise good stay.

The gesture of a personalized note celebrating our anniversary was memorable. The outside area provided a lovely retreat from the busy city, allowing us to relax peacefully. The staff exceeded expectations with their kindness and attention to detail. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the nearby landmark, enhancing our stay.

The breakfast options were limited, and more variety would have been appreciated.

We loved the clean and spacious room! The kids enjoyed the air conditioning, and my wife appreciated the cozy lobby area. The fantastic location made it easy to explore Venice, and we had fun visiting St Mark's square just a short walk away.

My children wished there were more family-friendly amenities.

Clean room, helpful staff. the location was perfect, just a short distance from major attractions, and breakfast included warm pastries alongside fresh fruit, cheeses, and ample coffee to start the day right.
